While we always strive for our puppies to find their forever homes, we are here to support you and ensure the best outcome for both you and your dachshund.

Making Returns Easy

Our Return Policy is designed to be hassle-free, allowing you to return items with ease if they don’t meet your expectations. We believe in transparency and want you to shop with confidence, knowing that we’ve got you covered in case you need to make a return.

 Our Commitment to You and Your Dachshund

We take pride in the health and well-being of our dachshunds, and we want to ensure that each puppy finds a loving and suitable home. If for any reason you find yourself unable to care for your dachshund or need to return them, we are here to help facilitate the process and find the best solution for everyone involved.

Guidelines for Returns:

– Timeframe: Returns are accepted within the first 30 days of adoption. We encourage you to contact us as soon as possible if you are considering returning your dachshund, as this allows us to better assist you and find a timely resolution.
-Health Examination: Upon return, a licensed veterinarian of our choice will perform a health examination to ensure the puppy is in good health and free from any illnesses or injuries.
–Refund: In the event of a return, a refund will be issued, excluding the deposit and any associated costs (e.g., shipping, health certificate, crate, etc.). The refund will be processed within 30 days of the return, provided that all requirements are met and the puppy is in good health.
–Replacement Option: If you choose to adopt another dachshund from us within one year of the return, we will gladly offer a replacement puppy of equivalent value, waiving the deposit for the new adoption.
-Spay/Neuter Agreement: All returned dachshunds must be spayed or neutered before being rehomed, and we kindly request proof of this procedure.
-Transfer of Ownership: Upon return, all AKC registration papers and ownership rights must be transferred back to Dachshund Royalty.
